From The East

Brethren,

The Open House, although we did not get any applicants, was a success. We shared the day and the Lodge with the Eastern Star, who had their first ever "Open" Officer Installation. Congratulations to the new Officers of Caesar Rodney #8.

In other news; The Hall Company suggested and the Lodge voted to hire a contractor to finish the Pavilion. It's too bad that we were not able to muster enough support to complete the project on our own, but at least it will be finished this year.

There are still 25+ members that have not paid their dues (that's over $2,450.00). It is now past the regular dead line and there is a $10.00 late fee attached.
Fraternally,
Randall S. Woods, Sr., W. M.

May's Lodge Attire will be "Formal". Tux for Officers, suit & tie for Brothers

June's Lodge Attire will be "Casual". No jeans or tennis shoes please.

The members of the Order of the Eastern Star are dedicated women and men who sincerely reflect the spirit of fraternal love and the desire to work together for good. Their lessons are scriptural and their teachings are moral. You can visit this website to learn more.
